Lexington Griffin Gate Marriott Golf Resort & Spa

The location was perfect for our needs (Breyerfest), the hotel very clean, nice landscaping, VERY dog friendly (really wish we had brought our Pom). Our room was straightened up every day, unlike in lots of other hotels, which was great because we always seem to have a lot of trash and hotel trash cans are never large enough for take out containers, etc. The Starbucks was useful for us early risers and the main restaurant was solid, if not spectacular, though expensive for dinner. For breakfast there was a buffet as well as menu service. At about 4:30 PM, Kentucky Cocktails were served gratis in the main lobby. The outside pool area looked really nice, but we didn't have a chance to use it. There is also a decent sized indoor pool. The parking lot is large and there is a connection of sorts with the Clarion next door, which is very useful if your aim is to travel on foot between the two. It's about 8 minutes to the Kentucky Park.

Nice location. Good golf course. Nice pools.

Very relaxing and great place to stop if you are traveling north or south. The amenities are amazing. They even have a bourbon vending machine which I had never seen before.

The hotel was really nice and the staff was nice as well. Loved how modern it was and the decor. It was nice roasting marshmallows with the s’mores kit they provided daily and the pool and jacuzzi was really nice. Enjoyed it overall

The property is out of this world, the best . Everything is perfect and the best thing is that it has been built and maintained by the same people. The property is the best in every way possible and I think it’s the most beautiful place in Ky.
